Numerous deployments of a Tethered Spectral Radiometer Buoy (TSRB; Satlantic, Inc.) were made in Puget Sound, off the coast of Washington, during June 1998.  This set of documents describes the instrument, deployment location, and data processing.  The resulting data may also be downloaded from this site.

This research was conducted as part of an ongoing study in the Puget Sound region by Tim Cowles and colleagues (Oregon State University) in collaboration with the Oregon State University (OSU) Remote Sensing Ocean Optics (ORSOO) group.
